Top 3 Secrets for High Achievers for More Consistent Success

A guide to staying consistent when schedules get wild

IT IS MONDAY!!

Monday, December 8th at 12:00 PM Eastern,

We’re in the free Overachievers Club.

We’re gonna be talking about removing things

that are holding you back right now, so

that when you hit January, you’ll be ready to roll.

I’m excited about that! And now to our topic…

Consistency feels slippery this time of year, doesn’t it?

Talk about slippery….Tuesday night my son crashed his car. So lucky he is okay. The car- not so much.

December is that month where everything suddenly speeds up, but somehow we’re expected to stay calm, productive, and joyful… all at the same time.

Most people don’t struggle because they’re lazy or uncommitted. They struggle because life starts throwing confetti and curveballs in every direction.

Consistency has nothing to do with being superhuman.

It comes from getting three parts of you talking to each other again: your mind, your energy, and your tactics. When those three line up, staying consistent gets a whole lot easier.

  1. The Mind: Let’s talk about your mind (don’t roll your eyes yet)

A lot of high achievers swear they “work best under pressure.” And sure, pressure might get you moving for a minute. But it doesn’t keep you moving CONSISTENTLY. It burns you out. Maybe not NOW but eventually it leads to exhaustion. The real magic comes from curiosity.

Instead of the classic “Ugh, why can’t I stick to anything?”, try “What is actually working for me today?”

This tiny shift changes everything. But yes, it requires slowing down for a second. Not sprinting past your own thoughts like you’re trying to outrun them.

Curiosity pulls you forward. Criticism shuts you down. You get to choose which one you practice.

  1. The Energy: Energy first, time second

You can have the prettiest calendar on the planet and still feel like you’re dragging a boulder behind you if your energy is shot.

Time management is fine. Energy management is the real boss.

Start noticing your natural rhythms and what works for you….3 questions….

  • When do you focus well?
  • When does your brain pack up and leave the building?

For me, mornings are golden. After 5 PM? Absolutely not. Your version might be completely different. The point is to honor it.

  • What gets you back on track? Really?

Consistency means stable energy applied in the right direction.

  1. Tactics: Keep the tactics simple

Many entrepreneurs try to build a perfect system before they take any action. You know what happens? They get lost in their color-coded digital universe and never build momentum in the real world.
Here’s what actually works:

  1. Take tiny steps.
Ridiculously tiny. The kind that almost feel too easy. Those are the ones that stick.
  2. Batch your focus.
Theme days, focus blocks, whatever works. Just stop jumping between tasks like you’re in a ping-pong match. It drains your brain.
  3. Do a weekly check-in (seriously, just weekly).
Pick up to three priorities. Then check in at the end of the week:
    What went well?
    What didn’t?
    What needs a small tweak?
    That’s it. Quick, clear, doable.
