Building sustainable habits that support both well-being and success
February has been such a beautiful month, and this time of year always feels like a transition point. A chance to reset, refocus, and look at what truly supports us.
As we move into the first part of March, I am especially excited because the Overachievers Club is welcoming a very special guest…on Monday!
Introducing: Ingrid Elise
For those of you who may not know her yet, I am thrilled to introduce Ingrid Elise, often called the green goddess of the West.
She will be joining us to talk about something that many people struggle with at some point: breaking up with sugar.
This conversation is about awareness and choice, not perfection.
Ingrid has a powerful personal story about how her health declined to a life-threatening point and how changing her diet played a major role in helping her reclaim her life. Her experience brings both credibility and compassion to this topic, and I am excited for her to share practical tools that people can actually use.
Did I mention there is no cost for this?? 12noon to 1pm eastern, but you need to sign up if you are not already in the club….DO THAT HERE
Why health is the base layer of productivity
The Overachievers Club is not about diet programs or exercise plans. That is not the focus of the work I do.
However, health sits at the base layer of the Productivity Success Cake™.
If we ignore the base, the upper layers cannot hold. We can push harder, work longer, and try to stay disciplined, but eventually things start to wobble.
This does not mean eliminating joy. I certainly enjoy sweets myself and hope we all can. The goal is simply to make sure that these habits do not quietly take over our lives or undermine our energy, focus, and long-term well-being.
When we strengthen the foundation, everything else becomes easier.
Gratitude for the season we are in
I want to acknowledge how fortunate we have been here with the winter weather. While some regions experienced very difficult storms, we were largely spared the worst of it, and that is something I do not take lightly.
There is also something incredibly beautiful about winter when conditions align just right. The light, fluffy snow, the trees covered without damage, the quiet brightness. It has been a season to appreciate.
As my son said recently, for those of us who love winter, this has been about as good as it gets.
Join us
One of the reasons I am so excited about this Overachievers session tomorrow is that Ingrid brings practical strategies, not just theory. Many people know they want to reduce sugar but feel stuck on how to actually do it in daily life.

I look forward to seeing you there.
